Special Announcement:

From the 7th July for a period of approximately 40 days, there will be remodeling works of the beach frontage adjacent to the resort of The Grand Mauritian, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa.

This much anticipated work will finally create a 500 meter long beach frontage which will match and exceed the expectations of all our guests. With increased access to the sea, additional landscaping, specially designed rock bathing pools, and careful consideration to the natural beauty of the marine park, the new beach will indeed be one that is worthy both of Turtle Bay and also of a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa.

Due to the likelihood of inconvenience to our guests, it has been decided to temporarily close The Grand Mauritian during this period.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.

Maximum Occupancy Policy

• The maximum occupancy in all room types-with the exception of Deluxe Rooms with Twin Beds-is two adults and one infant ( 0 to 4 years). Additional guests over the age of four years will not be allowed an extra bed.
• The maximum occupancy in Deluxe Rooms with Twin Beds is generally three persons: two adults and one infant (0 to 4 years); or three children below the age of 12; or one adult and two children below the age of 12. Additional guests will be required to take an extra bed at cost.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Waitlist Policy

Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available

Internet

Internet is available in all rooms as well as in all public areas through Wifi. Cost is 15EUR for 24h.
