Upon arrival the children will receive a welcome letter and invitation to the kids club as well as a plastic drinking bottle branded with the Explorers club for them to obtain free soft drink refills throughout the property's outlets.

Furthermore, the children will have free access to the kids club and participation in the many recreational activities available.
