Fitness Room

Our Fitness Centre features state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment including Kinesis wellness training systems. Group fitness classes and personalised one-to-one training sessions are available to suit all fitness levels.

The Fitness Centre is located on the first floor within Mandara Spa. The generous space offers sweeping views of the nearby mountains and sugarcane fields providing a pleasant space for your workout.

The Fitness Centre, Group Classes, Steam, Sauna and Jacuzzi are free of charge.  There will be a fee for Personalised one-to-one training sessions.

An experienced fitness instructor is available everyday for personalized 60 mn fitness classes:

• Kinesis Circuit
• Cardio Training and Stretching
• Strength and Power conditioning
• Basic fitness for beginners

Personal yoga classes are also available upon request.

The minimum age requirement for the Fitness Centre is 16 years of age. Open from 7am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday and from 8am to 8pm on Sundays.
