‘Season by Stephane' is the main showcase for celebrated award-winning Chef Stephane Brallet. With its ‘open kitchen', the guest is treated to an interactive food experience.
The restaurant offers a nice view of tropical internal gardens and large cascading water features whilst overlooking the beach and the Indian Ocean.
With 250 references the Season Wine room features a wide range of French Grand Cru's, South African and New World wines; a perfect setting for a personal wine and cheese tasting with our chef and sommelier.
Chef Brallet has released his first 3 Minute cooking video online. The film, a pilot to other forthcoming videos, shows Chef Brallet teaching us how to make a Marlin cannelloni with heart of palm roulade, and all in just three minutes! ‘I want to create as many tips, menus and other information about the kitchen so that those who would like to experience a little Mauritian cuisne can try to do so at home. I also hope that it encourages others to do something different in the kitchen, experimenting, which for me is always fun'.
